WorkShop brought Björn Axén into the premium travel retail arena as part of our exclusive pop-up program. With 25 million travelers passing annually, the activation showcased professional haircare in a high-traffic, international environment. The concept combined striking design, interactive displays, and live brand ambassador engagement—giving passengers the chance to discover, try, and purchase on the spot.

When POP MART opened its first physical store in Amsterdam, we wanted to bring their vibrant social community into the heart of the launch. So, we turned the opening into an experience: the first-ever Ultimate Black Friday Race – a citywide treasure hunt that sent fans racing through Amsterdam for prizes, with the finish line at our Pop-Up store.

As part of our pop-up program, La Roche-Posay engaged millions of international travelers, continuing their mission to improve life for sensitive skin. The activation featured a premium design, interactive sampling, and dedicated brand ambassadors—inviting passengers to discover and try products while in transit.
Beyond generating strong results, the pop-up expanded La Roche-Posay’s global reach and strengthened brand visibility in a high-traffic, international setting.
Physical field marketing has its limitations in terms of reach and scalability.
That’s why we designed an ambassador program for wholesale retail staff – giving them VIP-level access to Intel through engaging content, training material, and a social community that turns staff into brand advocates. The program’s success has scaled globally as a direct extension of their field trainers.
We have helped SONOS onboard and train over 1,000 ambassadors to ensure new products launch with an informed and energized retail team.
For the launch of the Sonos Ace noise-canceling headphones, we created a series of engaging trainings to introduce the product, how to use it, and how to sell it – reaching retail staff from Australia to the US.
