Most shoppers buy the same few spices they know and have cooking confidence with. They are also used to buying spices on shelves and in alphabetical order with zero inspiration or education for use.
We were tasked with finding a new way to connect with shoppers, inspire them with new flavors, tastes, and the stories behind the spices.
We developed a seasonal pop-up store located in Mall of Scandinavia, one of the major shopping malls in Stockholm targeting Santa Maria’s premium target group.
Events & Pop-Ups
We delivered a turn-key solution including strategy, location, and concept design. To ensure that the concept is reflected in all touchpoints, the pop up is operated by WorkShop field force in clothing specifically created for the pop-up concept.
We created an interactive in-store experience where we combined physical product and digital tools to inspire and guide the consumer to the best solutions based on their needs and preferences.
And it does not end with the concept and design, we take the in-store experience to the next step by creating engaging retail activations. In this pop up we had the Swedish Chef Team preparing delicious appetizers with a mix of the high quality Santa Maria Spices, which caught the attention of bypassers and was very appreciated by visiting costumers.
