Our Samsung Field Force teams within the Nordics are responsible for increasing awareness of Samsung products and that they’re being actively promoted in the retail stores, to ensure Samsung products are always featured to their full potential as well as to conduct ongoing Store staff trainings.
WorkShop has three main objectives in our partnership with Samsung. One is to provide Samsung with highly trained and motivated Field Force teams. Another is to run effective operations to secure agility and always-on support to all Field Force teams. We also ensure that all related costs related to the Field Force operations are well controlled.
